To make a purchase, you must be 18 years or older.

How Ordering Works
Ordering through our website does not create a binding agreement right away-this is only formed once we confirm your order and payment is received.

Cancellations and amendments to orders are only possible when confirmed in writing. For assistance, please contact us at orders@psp.org.za or on 021 691 9039.

Pricing
All prices listed on our site include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Payment Options
We accept Direct Deposits / EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Our bank details will be reflected on your invoice.

Important: Please use your order number as your payment reference to help us match your order quickly.

Your order will only be dispatched once the payment has cleared in our bank account.

Dispatch and Delivery
There is no charge for collections from our office. Our Orders Team will discuss other shipment/delivery options with you and this cost will then be added to your final invoice.

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days after receiving payment.

If stock is low, delivery may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you informed.

Please double-check your delivery information before submitting your order— incorrect information may result in delays in processing your order.

Delays may also occur due to factors that are outside our control, but we always aim for a smooth and timely delivery process.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order.

We will gladly arrange an exchange, credit, or full refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

You may need to return the goods to us, along with proof of purchase, before we can process your request.

All refunds will be processed using your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed to by both parties.

Pricing Changes
PSP reserves the right to update prices on our website at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to correct any pricing errors if they occur.

Legal Costs
If the Buyer breaches this agreement and PSP needs to recover owed amounts or seek damages, the Buyer will be responsible for all related costs—including legal and collection fees.
